Vertical CNC Lathe
1. The machine tool adopts a modular design as a whole, with an overall widened base, and the widened guide rails of the columns and beams adopt THK/Taiwan Hiwin RGH heavy-duty linear guides. The large span makes it thicker and more stable during operation.
2. The spindle unit adopts advanced design technology. In order to increase the cutting torque, the spindle diameter is thickened on the basis of the conventional structure, a set of bidirectional angular bearings is added, and oil bath air-cooled internal circulation is used for lubrication. method, thus effectively improving the lubrication capacity, reducing the friction coefficient, ensuring the stability of temperature rise, extending the life of the bearing, and being more suitable for high-speed, long-term, and high-load operation. It avoids the high cost of similar machine tool spindle grease lubrication without refilling, maintenance-free, short bearing life, and can only be replaced and repaired.
3. The ball screw adopts THK/PMI brand, and the Z and It reduces the quantitative changes caused by temperature rise to the screw and nut, improves the service life of the bearing, screw and nut, and ensures the positioning accuracy of the screw.
4. In order to adapt to the cutting needs of different customers for workpieces, we have designed two spindle drives. One is driven by a gearbox to increase the torque. The gear ratio is 1:5. The other is directly driven by a high-power servo motor. Ratio: 1:2.5.
5. The whole machine adopts a fully automatic hydraulic control system, automatic hydraulic power card, double cylinder design, and is equipped with a special combination clamp independently developed by our company. It lifts the workpiece and clamps it in the air, and controls the pressure required for roughing and finishing through automatic segmentation. This enables one-time clamping to complete rough and finish machining, ensuring the machining accuracy of all surfaces of the workpiece and greatly improving the output rate of the workpiece. This avoids the time consumed by secondary clamping and calibration and the deformation of the workpiece caused by traditional clamping.
6. The Z-axis adopts a balanced cylinder design, which is supplied through the hydraulic system to adjust the relative value of nitrogen, reducing the Z-axis servo motor load and screw nut load, and improving the service life of the servo motor and screw nut.
7. The 12-station hydraulic servo horizontal turret is used to meet the needs of various workpieces for tools and the tool change speed is faster. The addition of a long and thick tool bar avoids tool vibration and chatter marks caused by rigidity, and improves the processing time and quality of the workpiece.
8. The control system is equipped with FANUC 0ITF as standard, and Syntec, GSK, HNC, and Siemens can be optional.
9. The whole machine adopts fully enclosed protection inside and outside. The cooling system adopts high-lift double water pump circulation cooling, and is equipped with automatic chip flushing, which is discharged through a chain plate chip conveyor, which increases the operator's working time and reduces labor intensity.
10. Design a variety of special fixtures for one-time clamping and molding according to different workpiece characteristics.
