1. GF series multi-functional small gantry machining center is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, printing and packaging, textile machinery, refrigeration petrochemical and rolling stock industries. It can process various types of plates, plates, boxes, racks and molds, etc. Precision parts are CNC machined. After the workpiece is clamped once, it can automatically complete multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping.

2. The bed is made of high-strength cast iron material and resin technology, and is arranged with "" shaped ribs to improve the rigidity and strength of the bed.

In order to meet the requirements of heavy-load cutting of machine tools and improve the strength and rigidity of long-span cross beams, the cross beam adopts an overall large-section truss structure and undergoes stress relief treatment; the cross beam guide rail adopts heavy-duty linear rolling guide rails with high positioning accuracy and optimized servo drive performance; At the same time, it has large load-bearing capacity and good cutting and vibration resistance, which can improve the characteristics of the machine tool, improve the accuracy and accuracy stability of the machine tool, and extend the service life of the machine tool.

4. The X-axis drive motor drives the worktable to achieve feed motion, ensuring the positioning accuracy of the worktable and ensuring that it does not crawl at low speeds. It can feed and lock at will within the stroke, and the operation is stable enough.

5. The Y-axis carriage uses an AC servo motor to directly drive the large-diameter ball screw, reducing the transmission chain and improving reliability and accuracy. The ball screw adopts a large diameter and small lead structure to improve the transmission accuracy of the machine tool and is more suitable for mold processing.

6. The Z-direction ram guide rail adopts a cast iron hard rail structure, which enables it to achieve high cutting vibration resistance. The Z-axis uses an AC servo motor to directly drive the large-diameter ball screw, reducing the transmission chain and improving reliability and accuracy.
