1. GF series multi-functional small gantry machining center is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, printing and packaging, textile machinery, refrigeration petrochemical and rolling stock industries. 5. The Y-axis carriage uses an AC servo motor to directly drive the large-diameter ball screw, reducing the transmission chain and improving reliability and accuracy. The ball screw adopts a large diameter and small lead structure to improve the transmission accuracy of the machine tool and is more suitable for mold processing.
6. The Z-direction ram guide rail adopts a cast iron hard rail structure, which enables it to achieve high cutting vibration resistance. The Z-axis uses an AC servo motor to directly drive the large-diameter ball screw, reducing the transmission chain and improving reliability and accuracy.
