2. Guide rail: box type guide rail
All axes of the YG series are designed with box-type guide rails, which have better mobility. 3. Spindle: Heavy Cutting High Precision
The spindle design for heavy cutting adopts a structural design that is often used in large machine tools. The combination of double cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact ball bearings brings excellent heavy cutting processing capabilities. In addition, the use of multi-channel belts improves machining performance and reduces noise and belt slippage. The spindle design adopts a labyrinth structure to reduce the damage that coolant may cause to the bearing and improve processing stability. (2500 r/min) It can provide users with high-speed precision cutting and is suitable for mass production of products with complex shapes, high rigidity requirements, high precision requirements, and high finish.
4. Tailstock: Heavy-duty, high-rigidity structure
1. MT5 movable center, sleeve hydraulically extended, the carriage drags the tailstock and manually locks it.
2. MT5 fixed center, built-in rotation, sleeve hydraulically extended, the carriage program controls the tailstock and automatically locks it hydraulically.
5. Turret: Servo turret
The high-rigidity overall design is matched with a high-precision three-piece radial clutch to ensure high positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy. The servo motor drives the cutter head to rotate, and the tool can be selected in both directions or at any nearby location. The oil pressure principle is used to loosen and clamp the clutch, and the proximity switch is used to feedback the clutch action signal to quickly and accurately achieve the tool change action.
6. Manual scraping assembly
The saddle, carriage, spindle joint tailstock, screw seat and motor seat are all assembled by manual scraping process.
7. Chuck cylinder
The machine uses Taiwan (Korea) high-speed rotary chuck oil cylinder and optional automatic chip removal device, which can greatly reduce the operator's labor intensity and achieve safe and efficient production. The above functional components can be programmed and controlled, and various special fixtures can be designed and installed according to the user's special requirements.
