1. LS high-performance series CNC lathe/turning center is a new generation of high-precision, high-speed and efficient processing equipment launched by our company.
2. The machine tool adopts the overall bed layout at an angle of 30° to the horizontal, which has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable layout, good chip removal performance and pleasant operation;
3. Longitudinal and horizontal arrangement of high-precision and large-load roller-type linear guide pair, with good dynamic characteristics and strong rigidity, which greatly improves the rigidity of the whole machine;
4. The running precision of each servo axis is high, X-axis positioning accuracy/repeatable positioning accuracy: 0.004/0.0025; Z-axis positioning accuracy/repeatable positioning accuracy: 0.008/0.003;
5. The 30° inclination layout of the machine tool makes the internal operating space larger, which is about 30% larger than the 45° layout space. It can be matched with various types of automatic loading and unloading systems or robots, providing convenience for fully automatic and unmanned production;

10. The high-rigidity turret tool holder can realize the nearby tool selection and large cutting volume processing;
11. The lubrication system composed of single-line damping lubrication pump can realize the monitoring of liquid level and system oil delivery pressure and the precise distribution of lubricating oil by metering parts;
12. The well-designed separation structure of the chip conveyor and the water tank facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of the water tank. The application of the large-lift centrifugal pump realizes the strong cooling and chip removal effect on the parts.
13. The modular design of side chip removal and rear chip removal provides users with the possibility to provide arbitrary and flexible equipment layout;
